James Andrews Recruitment Solutions are looking to hire ambitious individuals to join us as trainee recruitment consultants in our Birmingham office based in the Jewellery Quarter. You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one and will start your career with us on an initial 12 week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team. You will become a recruitment specialist in one of our division’s; Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management or Tech and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
• Sourcing, screening, short-listing and providing consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
• Multi-tasking and prioritising workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
• Working alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect.
