We are recruiting graduates for trainee recruitment consultant roles in London. James Andrews Recruitment Solutions are building a 2026 Graduate Talent Pool; you'll hear from us when applications open.

Overview: James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is hiring ambitious individuals to join as trainee recruitment consultants in our Central London office (Cornhill). We offer extensive training, clear progression paths, and potential for high earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
  • Sourcing, screening, short-listing and providing consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritising workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
  • Working alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
