The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a Finance Officer on a 2‑month temporary contract. The organisation is a large not‑for‑profit and is offering 4 days a week working from home. Position starts immediately on a full‑time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Checking through and maintaining correct information for existing suppliers on the system
- Responsible for assigning suppliers their own URN for them to quote on to all invoices raised for specific construction schemes
- Allocating PO numbers to be quoted on invoices raised by suppliers
- Investigating and resolving matching discrepancies, including incorrect pricing and lack of correct PO numbers being quoted
- Chasing line managers for approval to pay invoices
Experience Required:
- Experience using SUN system required
- Experience in the not‑for‑profit sector desired
Working Hours:
- 35 hours Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm
- 4 days a week working from home
