The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.

We are currently working in partnership with a Not-for-profit organisation who are looking to appoint a permanent Executive Assistant. This will be a full-time position based in Birmingham, with hybrid working (1 day home working) and a circa salary package of £35,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, detail-driven governance professional with proven executive support experience, exceptional communication and compliance skills, and the ability to lead a small team while enabling efficient, confidential, and effective decision-making across an organisation. They must also have supported at board level or above.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions with full confidentiality and compliance.
  • Provide executive support to the CEO and SLT, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Line manage Governance.
