We’re supporting a major organisation in recruiting a Regional HR Advisor to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This is a full time position paying £45k + company car and is due to start in January. A regional role, this will cover sites mainly across the Midlands and North West. This is a hybrid position, spending around three days per week on-site across regional locations, with the rest of the time working remotely.

You’ll be a trusted partner to managers, providing practical, solutions‑focused HR support and confident ER advice.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse ER caseload from start to finish
  • Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in handling people matters
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle and promoting a positive colleague experience
  • Building strong, credible relationships with operational teams
  • Using ER trends and data insights to drive improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies
  • Maintaining accurate HR administration in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
  • Strong HR Advisor experience with solid, hands‑on ER exposure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confident working with HR systems (Workday experience desirable)
  • Data‑driven, commercially minded, and able to balance operational and strategic priorities
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly (company vehicle provided)
  • Experience in logistics or distribution is advantageous
