The predicted salary is between 21600 - 42000 £ per year.
We are partnering with an industry leading organisation based in Coventry who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position, with a hybrid working policy of 2 days in the office and 3 days home working and a salary of £30,000.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing their own ledger, VLookups and Pivot Tables and running aged debt reports. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Collecting payment by phone and email, and taking responsibility for outbound and inbound calls
- Running Age Debt Report and maintaining customer portfolio
- Monitoring the Collections inbox in a timely manner
- Raising credits and avoiding backlogs
- Preparing bad debt write off and actioning write offs
- Allocating payments and ensuring the ledgers are accurate
Experience required:
- Experience managing a Ledger
- Confident with VLookups and Pivot Tables
- Experience running aged debt reports
