The predicted salary is between 60000 - 70000 Β£ per year.
We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning company based in Coventry, who are recruiting for a Head of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) on a permanent contract. The salary on offer is Β£60,000 - Β£70,000 with generous benefits including a 10.5% annual bonus. Office presence is expected 2 days per week in Coventry, with 3 days per week WFH.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Developing and maintaining robust TCO models and methodologies to support pricing, forecasting, and strategic decisions
- Managing the organisations financial risks by creating various models across the portfolio, applying commercialism where required
- Leading a team of three analysts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all manufacturers and external data providers to ensure accurate and timely cost inputs
- Collaborating with Sales and Commercial teams to provide ARC insights that support competitive pricing and customer proposals
- Monitoring market trends, residual values, maintenance costs, and other key factors impacting TCO
- Challenging existing processes and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
