Overview
We’re representing a leading UK law firm that is seeking to add an experienced Corporate Solicitor to its ranks. This is not your typical corporate role; it offers the chance to move beyond pure transactional work and step into a space where you’ll combine your deal experience with advisory, governance and risk management expertise.
Responsibilities
The team advises on due diligence, investigations, compliance, governance and secretarial matters behind the deal. You’ll work directly with the Head of Team, take a lead role on complex projects, and mentor junior lawyers. Your days will be varied: one week conducting in-depth due diligence for a cross-border transaction, the next advising boards on governance structures or compliance risks. It’s a role for someone who thrives on detail but also sees the bigger commercial picture.
