We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to drive improvements in employee lifecycle and HR processes, as well as support, coach and develop managers to lead disciplinary and investigation processes. This is a hybrid position based 3 days a week in Truro with two days home working and paying up to Β£46k. Delivering improved employee lifecycle and effective People processes throughout allocated services Coaching and supporting managers through disciplinary, investigation, performance management and absence processes Quality-assuring people processes, ensuring policy compliance, consistent practice and effective risk management Partnering with staff and managers at all levels, providing practical direction, advice and guidance in collaboration with the wider People team Supporting organisational change, recruitment activity, induction, new starter and leaver processes across allocated services Designing and delivering HR training for Team Leaders and managers, including performance, sickness absence and early issue resolution Proven ability to deliver on all aspects of people management including recruitment, retention, development and management Experience and knowledge of the essentials of employment law, and proven ability in managing complex employee relations work Proven ability to plan, identify and mitigate risk, manage and deliver HR, manager training or projects James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
