We are delighted to be partnering with a Public Sector organisation in North Wales who are recruiting for a People Partner on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £42,398 per annum, alongside hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
They are seeking someone who can deliver a proactive, preventative and professional HR service by working closely with leaders to identify people priorities, shape people plans and support organisation-wide initiatives, acting as a key point of expertise on all people matters.
- Partnering with leaders to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance across a wide range of people matters.
- Leading key people projects to deliver strategic objectives and support the organisation's wider people plan.
- Using people data and insights to identify priorities, support workforce planning and guide decision-making.
- Driving culture and inclusion by embedding values, promoting DEI and supporting a positive employee experience.
- Improving HR processes by identifying opportunities to streamline policies and enhance service.
CIPD Level 7 capability demonstrated through qualification or equivalent experience, supported by ongoing professional development.
Proven ability to deliver HR projects and initiatives that support organisational goals.
Skilled stakeholder influencer able to build trusted relationships at senior levels and shape long-term people decisions.
Data-driven HR approach using insight, best practice and strategy to strengthen the HR service.
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
