Our client, based in Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer on a 6-month temporary contract. The position is due to start week commencing 28th April depending on availability and the hourly rate for this project will be £18 per hour via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience with tenant liaison in a social housing environment, including:

  • Liaising with residents on site in the Manchester area on behalf of a Plumbing & Heating contractor to ensure works can be carried out
  • Sorting access issues for the works to be carried out
  • Letter drops and keeping on top of works to make sure projects progress smoothly

Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer in a social housing environment is required. Phone & Laptop provided. Monday – Friday.
