Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the South Manchester region, who are recruiting for a Compliance Officer on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with a hybrid working pattern on offer. The salary on offer for the role is £37,790.90 per annum.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have experience within property compliance and have a keen eye for detail.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing cyclical inspection programmes, maintaining records related to completed and outstanding works
- Monitoring and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for a social housing providers stock, focused on the ‘Big 6’
- Maintaining accurate and up to date registers and asset records, ensuring key dates are highlighted to inform works
- Monitoring data reports to identify when key works are due
- Arranging and overseeing surveys and inspections
- Ensuring contractors are meeting pre-agreed SLAs
- Supporting the HS Manager and Compliance manager with non-compliance issues as required
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with customers within housing
- Experience working within social housing compliance
- Experience uploading documents, and updating records
Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
