The predicted salary is between 34000 - 42000 £ per year.
Our client based in the West Midlands is currently recruiting for an In-House Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working, and a salary in the region of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, subject to PQE.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the team in all aspects of commercial property law, including advising on leasehold agreements, leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, service contracts, partnerships, and joint ventures.
- Liaising with external counsel, contractors, and other third parties, managing contracts and dispute resolutions as needed.
- Keeping up to date with changes in laws and industry developments.
Experience required:
- Experience required in an in-house role previously.
- Qualified Solicitor (0-3 years PQE).
Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
