Our client based in the West Midlands is currently recruiting for an In-House Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working, and a salary in the region of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, subject to PQE.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the team in all aspects of commercial property law, including advising on leasehold agreements, leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, service contracts, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Liaising with external counsel, contractors, and other third parties, managing contracts and dispute resolutions as needed.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in laws and industry developments.

Experience required:

  • Experience required in an in-house role previously.
  • Qualified Solicitor (0-3 years PQE).

Working hours: 37 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
