The predicted salary is between 42000 - 70000 £ per year.

We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning consultancy based across the country, who are recruiting for an Associate Director to join the Retrofit team on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start on notice, and the salary is very flexible dependent on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, up to £70k.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator Diploma & able to work in a fast-paced team.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Undertaking and/or supervising Retrofit Coordination and Assessments of domestic dwellings under concurrent PAS 2035 projects
  • Preparing and commissioning PAS 2035 complaint surveys and documentation including risk assessments and medium-term plans for domestic dwellings
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and administering projects, conducting regular review meetings
  • Managing clients’ relationships and assisting in the bid process on upcoming Retrofit contracts
  • Be considered a retrofit professional, able to hit the ground running and require little training

Experience required:

  • Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator Diploma
  • MRICS or close to Chartership

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Expert knowledge in Retrofit
