Overview
Our client, based in Coventry, is recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Administrator on a 3-month temp to permanent contract, with a salary of £27,000 on offer. The role is due to start immediately, on a full-time basis, with 2 days per week WFH and 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Credit Control and Cash Allocation teams when required
- Setting up portals and registering invoices on them
- Managing the Contracts inbox, ensuring it is always up to date
- Working closely with the customers, Sales Teams, and Portfolio Directors to resolve any challenges to the Terms and Conditions
Skills, knowledge and expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Working hours
- 37 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
