Salary: £23,250 per annum + 2.5% commission on gross sales

We are currently working in partnership with a technology company who are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an entry-level sales role with full training and support provided. It is well suited to someone looking to build a career in sales, with strong prospects for progression and salary advancement. The role is based on a 35-hour week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Researching target prospects to understand their business requirements and needs
  • Identifying the most appropriate sales approach for each prospect
  • Locating the key decision maker within target organisations
  • Contacting decision makers, presenting the client’s product offering and securing a positive next action
  • Adding contact organisations to the CRM system with all relevant information
  • Scheduling follow-up contacts and actions
  • Preparing progress reports for the Sales Management team on contacts made

Experience required:

  • No prior sales experience required — full training will be provided
  • Any background in a customer-facing or communication-focused role would be advantageous
