Our client, based in Cambridgeshire, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join them on a 3-6 month temporary contract , working on a restructuring programme.
This role is due to start immediately available on a full-time basis, paying £24-£28 per hour and offers hybrid working.
The successful candidate will bring strong judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to advise on all aspects of a major restructure, including consultation activity and practical HR delivery.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Running full consultation processes including group briefings, 1:1 meetings, documentation, timelines and stakeholder communication Working effectively with unions in a highly unionised environment, maintaining constructive relationships and navigating challenging discussions Leading on employee relations casework as a result of change activity, including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues Managing consultation meetings with confidence, handling questions, objections and sensitive conversations professionally Providing pragmatic HR advice that balances legal risk, people impact, operational needs and organisational priorities Handling practical HR tasks including letters, notes, outcome document...
