We are partnering with a major, market-leading retail group to recruit a People Partner to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. Operating across multiple brands and channels, the organisation continues to grow rapidly through ongoing investment, acquisition and large-scale transformation. This is a full-time role offering a salary of up to £70,000, depending on experience. The start date will align with your notice period.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading organisation design activity, ensuring structures, roles and capabilities are aligned to business objectives and future growth
  • Developing and delivering People Plans for key business areas, translating the wider People Strategy into practical, measurable actions
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve talent attraction, retention and development, supporting robust succession planning
  • Providing proactive guidance to managers on employee relations, performance and engagement to build high-performing teams
  • Collaborating with specialist People teams to deliver transformational change projects and embed new ways of working
  • Acting as a visible advocate for the organisation’s purpose and values, shaping a culture where behaviours align consistently
  • Using data and insight to diagnose organisational issues, influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement
