We are partnering with a major, market-leading organisation undergoing significant organisational development and operating model change. As part of this evolution, we are recruiting a People Business Partner - AI Transformation on either a permanent basis or a 2-year fixed-term contract to support the business through a large-scale transformation programme. While the organisation is introducing new AI-enabled ways of working, the core focus of this role is on organisation design, workforce planning and capability development. You’ll play a key part in ensuring teams are structured, skilled and supported as the business adopts new tools, processes and technologies. This is about helping people and leaders understand, adapt to and embed AI-driven improvements in a way that strengthens culture, capability and long-term performance. This is a full-time role offering a salary of up to £85,000, depending on experience. The start date will align with your notice period.
