Technology Specialist - Data Quality in Northampton

Job Description We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team in Northampton. Paying up to £40,000 p/a and offering hybrid working, this opportunity will suit someone with at least a few years experience in a high volume employee relations experience, confident in building relationships with stakeholders of all levels. Providing first-class specialist advice and guidance on high-volume Employee Relations matters to colleagues, managers and senior leaders Logging advisory calls on a CRM tool and ensuring advice is commercial, impartial, consistent, legally compliant and aligned to company policies Managing long-term sickness and medical review cases across an allocated region or business area Contributing to the continuous improvement of Employee Relations policies, guidelines and template letters Supporting ER-related business projects and, where required, attending complex hearings or meetings At least two years’ experience in an HR role, with experience handling ER cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and long-term sickness Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and handle complex cases remotely Strong organisation, administration and planning skills, with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and data protection principles James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
