Our client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Team Manager on a 3-month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and can be based in either Surrey or Central London. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team comprised of Housing Officers and is willing to commute across a patch of properties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing a team of 6 to 7 Neighbourhood Coordinators
  • Carrying out appraisals, 1-2-1's and recruitment within the team when necessary
  • Ensuring the team is consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets relating to neighbourhood services
  • Managing and effectively resolving underperformance within the Neighbourhood team
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships, both internally and externally

Experience required:

  • Experience in Social Housing
  • Experience managing a team of Housing Officers

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Hybrid working 50/50 split
  • Opportunity to go permanent – salary circa £50,000

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, 2-3 days working from home per week.
