The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Liverpool who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support the team through a period of change. It’s a full-time position on a 9 month temporary basis with office presence required two days per week. The day rate on offer is c.£250 Umbrella and they are looking for someone to get started as soon as possible depending on notice period.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts within the 10 day timescale
  • Managing the full budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process
  • Monitoring financial performance against budget and forecasts
  • Producing written reports to be included within the monthly management accounts presented to Executive team
  • Acting as the first point of contact for their private letting partner, reviewing their reports and outputs
  • Providing financial insight to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Producing period reconciliations in line with reporting timetables
  • Building solid relationships with key stakeholders

Experience skills required:

  • Intermediate Excel capabilities including VLOOKUPs
