Commercial Property Lawyer

We are currently partnering with a Local Authority based in Norfolk, who are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a temporary six month basis. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Assisting with the transfer of land and assets from district level to parish and/or community group level Dealing with c. 30 car parks and five Towns/Communities from different individual groups, looking at reports on titles and working with often complex land matters Advising on LGR and Devolution, as well as supporting with overflow on an ad-hoc basis Drafting documents, negotiating prices and interacting with up to six different Town Councils Experience required: Experience required in a Local Government Setting Rewards and Benefits: Onsite presence two days per week Flexible working Working hours: 21 hours per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
