We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Hampshire, who are recruiting for Three Electricians on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary for this position is £42,083 per annum with a Van and Fuel card included.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable completing responsive electrical works, including light installations, fuse board repairs, and circuit damage repairs across social housing properties. Additionally, a 2391 or NVQ equivalent qualification to go alongside an 18 edition qualification is advantageous. Please note that an 18 edition qualification is essential for this role.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out EICRs reports to an excellent standard, ensuring completed works are evaluated accordingly
- Completing responsive electrical works across properties, installing lighting fixtures to an excellent standard
- Uploading EICR certifications to the relevant systems, ensuring all information is uploaded accurately
Experience required:
- Experience of completing and updating EICRs reports to relevant systems
- Experience of Electrical based roles within Social Housing organisations
- Experience of completing responsive electrical works in residential properties
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible for the right candidate). Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
