Job Description We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Cheshire who are recruiting for an Electrician on a temporary four-week contract. The position is due to start immediately, covering sickness there is a potential it could be extended. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £28 per hour on a CIS Umbrella basis. The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and inspection works within residential properties, including both occupied and void homes. Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied and void residential properties Completing electrical testing, inspection, fault-finding, and certification works Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults to achieve first-time fixes where possible Installing, repairing, and replacing electrical fixtures, fittings, and wiring systems Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards Experience carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance within residential properties Experience conducting electrical testing, inspection, and fault-finding activities Experience completing electrical certification in accordance with current regulations Van + Fuel card Weekly pay Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
