Our client, based just outside of Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Plumber (Wet rooms) on a 6 month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £22.50 per hour paid on a CIS Basis via an Umbrella Company. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting adapted wet rooms, strong plumbing skills and the ability to undertake a variety of other trade tasks when required. Carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties. Undertaking multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and general maintenance. Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00pm (15:30 Fridays)
