The predicted salary is between 22.5 - 22.5 £ per hour.
We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority near Cardiff, who are recruiting for a Plasterer on a rolling three-month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £22.50 per hour on a CIS basis. You will receive a van once you have settled into the role, and following a driving assessment. You will be able to claim mileage from home prior to receiving the van.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Skimming and patch plastering within void properties
- Preparing walls and ceilings ready for decoration
- Carrying out general plastering repairs to domestic homes
- Working independently across occupied and void housing stock
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (15:30 on a Friday).
