The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association who are recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst on a 6-month temporary contract (Inside IR35).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Converting stakeholder requests into Power BI dashboards
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends and issues
  • Building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports
  • Using SQL to extract and manipulate data from various systems
  • Presenting findings and insights to stakeholders across the organisation
  • Supporting the preparation for regulatory inspection through data analysis
  • Identifying patterns in housing data to drive operational improvements

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in the housing sector (desirable but not essential)

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Advanced Power BI dashboard development and visualisation
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

The ideal candidate will be an experienced contractor who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. They will have strong technical skills in Power BI and SQL, combined with the interpersonal skills needed to work effectively with stakeholders across their client's organisation.
