Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for an Associate HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The position is due to start by June on a full-time basis. The salary range is £35,000 - £38,000 per annum and candidates must be happy to work fully on site.
The ideal candidate must have experience working in retail and be very confident on ER, ideally with experience operating strategically.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting complex employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance and absence matters
- Preparing detailed case files and bundles for employment tribunals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Partnering with managers on performance management, restructures and organisational change initiatives
- Advising on HR policies and employment legislation, ensuring consistent and compliant application
- Analysing HR data and trends to inform decision making and workforce planning
- Collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver projects and continuous process improvements
