Our client, based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for three Service Coordinators on a 3-month rolling contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for this role is £16.50 via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with both tenants and engineers, and working within Social Housing compliance. This role is fully office based.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Receiving calls from tenants regarding repairs and providing the initial diagnosis to understand what repairs work would be required
  • Booking in repairs for Gas Services and Repairs for both void and tenanted properties
  • Chasing repairs operatives for updates around repairs
  • Inputting all data onto in-house PDA systems, to allow Repairs Operatives to track repairs work as effectively as possible

Experience required:

  • Experience in Social Housing
  • Experience working with customers within housing
  • Experience coordinating engineers to carry out remedial works

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (flexible start/finish times).
