We are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services organisation for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join its People team.
This permanent role is based in Brierley Hill and offers hybrid working (2 days from home) and a salary of £45,000 per annum .
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, select and onboard high-quality candidates.
The role will deliver a proactive, efficient and candidate-focused service, develop effective attraction strategies and help strengthen the organisation’s employer brand.
