HRIS Manager Birmingham or Crewe (office-based) Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week The Role We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established operational business for an HRIS Manager to take ownership of their HR Information System and act as the technical bridge between HR, the wider Tech team, and their systems provider. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys getting into the details of HR systems, configuration, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement, rather than managing a team. You'll be the go-to person for HRIS troubleshooting, upgrades, and making sure the data behind the system is accurate, secure, and GDPR-compliant.
