Working closely with the HR Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for HR activity within your designated business area, providing practical, commercially focused HR support while ensuring compliance and consistency across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary HR contact for your business area, building strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders Manage a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, capability and performance issues Provide legally compliant and commercially focused HR advice and guidance Oversee HR operational processes, ensuring employee lifecycle activities are completed accurately and on time Support managers through coaching and guidance to improve people management capability
