What you will be doing...

As an SDR, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts helping to identify and create new opportunities for our high-performing sales team. Your mission will be to showcase the unique value J&J brings to eCommerce businesses, and you'll have access to all the tools you need to succeed - cutting-edge sales collateral, Salesforce CRM, and expert training from our team.

Your day to day will include:

  • Sourcing & hunting: You'll use strategic planning and creative outreach routes across a variety of channels to find and connect with potential new clients.
  • Booking high value meetings: Your main goal will be generating a targeted number of qualified appointments each month that our Sales Team can convert to closed, won business.
  • Owning the process: From that very first cold call to a smooth handover, you'll follow our lead generation process to keep our sales pipeline packed with high quality prospects.
  • CRM mastery: You'll use Salesforce to keep our data accurate and meaningful - logging activities and setting tasks so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
