What you will be doing:
- Driving new business by converting inbound leads and prospecting high-value clients.
- Shaping the sales strategy with your ideas and owning the full sales cycle, from demo to close.
- Working closely with operations and finance to ensure every deal is profitable and delivers long-term value.
- Tailoring solutions that win trust and build lasting relationships based on a deep understanding of client needs.
- Managing activity in Salesforce and forecasting future wins to keep your sales pipeline in top shape.
- Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor through a consultative approach.
Please note this role is located at our Northampton office, with the option of 1 day WFH per week.

We know that great people learn new things quickly, but we would love it if you have the below experience/skills:
- Strong B2B sales experience, with a track record of hitting targets
- Confidence using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage your pipeline
- Excellent consultative selling skills, able to engage and influence decision-makers
- Ideally have formal sales training or can demonstrate knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN
- Able to learn new things quickly and understand technical solutions
- Motivation is key - not easily deterred and can keep focused on targets
- Great time management and organisational skills
