What you will be doing...
Driving new business by converting inbound leads and prospecting high-value clients. You'll shape the sales strategy with your ideas and own the full sales cycle, from demo to close.
Working closely with operations and finance, you'll ensure every deal is profitable and delivers long-term value. Your deep understanding of client needs will help you tailor solutions that win trust and build lasting relationships.
Keep your sales pipeline in top shape by managing activity in Salesforce and forecasting future wins. Your consultative approach will position you as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
Please note this role is located at our Northampton office, we offer the option of 1 day WFH per week.

- Strong B2B sales experience, with a track record of hitting targets
- Confidence using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage your pipeline
- Excellent consultative selling skills, able to engage and influence decision-makers
- You ideally have formal sales training or can demonstrate your knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN
- You're able to learn new things quickly, and can wrap your head around technical solutions
