About the Role

This is a Site Reliability Engineering role focused on reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of a live production system. You’ll work closely with engineers and leadership to take ownership of infrastructure and operations, helping move from reactive processes to a more robust, scalable, and automated environment. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, solving real-world problems, and building best practices from the ground up rather than inheriting rigid processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day platform reliability, performance, and monitoring
  • Act as the first point of contact for production issues and incident response

  • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and release processes
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and production environments
