Senior Product Owner – (SaaS and Legal Experience required!)

💰 Compensation: £65k + 5-10% bonus.

💼 Hybrid role: 1-2 days per month in Birmingham office.

(Must be UK-based, with no requirement for sponsorship).

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from shaping strategy to driving execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on setting product direction, championing innovation, and delivering customer-centric solutions. A background in SaaS, particularly within a legal or compliance-focused environment, is essential to succeed in this role and make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the customer’s voice in executive-level product discussions, such as MetaScrum sessions.
• Facilitate workshops to define customer challenges and gather ongoing feedback to inform product decisions.
• Utilise tools like PENDO to analyse usage data and propose improvements to the product suite.
• Drive backlog prioritisation based on market demand, user needs, and input from key stakeholders.
• Share regular roadmap updates to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned with current initiatives—both at the individual product and portfolio level.
• Act as a product evangelist, bridging communication between engineering, UX/UI teams, and customers.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the product portfolio.
• Able to engage confidently with engineering teams to discuss product functionality, supported by strong technical knowledge.

• Extensive experience in Cloud/SaaS environments within the Legal space

• Demonstrated success in Product Owner roles
• In-depth industry knowledge and domain expertise
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proven relationship builder with internal teams, clients, and partners
