We’re supporting a FTSE250 company undergoing significant digital transformation in hiring a Senior SecOps Manager to lead and evolve its cyber security operations capability.

You’ll lead from the front, combining technical depth with strategic leadership to shape how security operations are delivered across the business.

  • Managing and optimising third-party SOC and security partners.
  • Driving the vulnerability management programme across cloud, web and on-prem environments.
  • Leading proactive security initiatives such as threat hunting and BAS testing.
  • Embedding security into major technology programmes and projects.

Strong background in Security Operations and Incident Management.

Proven experience leading teams, suppliers and complex security services.

Deep understanding of frameworks such as NIST, OWASP, ITIL and GDPR.

Ability to communicate complex security topics in clear business terms.
