Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams? I'm partnering with one of the UK's most respected and successful technology solution providers as they look to appoint an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of experienced Account Directors focused on winning and growing enterprise customers across the commercial sector.

Reporting into senior sales leadership, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Directors. Your focus will be on driving new business growth, increasing wallet share within existing customers and creating a high-performance sales culture.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work closely with internal specialists, vendor partners and technical teams to help your team deliver complex technology solutions across cloud, cyber security, networking, data centre, modern workplace, managed services and professional services.
You'll spend your time coaching individuals through opportunities, supporting strategic customer engagement, forecasting accurately and helping shape the commercial strategy for the enterprise division.
