We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Manager to lead seamless software launches from strategy to execution for our client, a large tech business based in Birmingham. Sitting at the heart of Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support, you’ll ensure every release is well-coordinated, aligns with business goals, and delivers an exceptional customer experience!

Package: up to £70k, 10-15% bonus and other perks!

Hybrid: 1 day in office per month

Location: Birmingham area

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive end-to-end software launches, ensuring stakeholder alignment, system readiness, and risk management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact SaaS solutions at scale.
  • Manage multiple launches in Agile/Scrum environments, keeping projects on track.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement post-launch.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Seasoned GTM professional – Product Manager or Product Marketer background preferred.
  • Proven experience launching software products in SaaS.
  • Experience with software in workforce management is a must.
  • Exceptional project management skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align teams at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker who can navigate risk management and performance tracking.
