Performance Manager

London (5 days a week in-office, with flexibility)

We’re working with a fast-growing challenger bank, to find a Performance Manager to join their London team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all major paid media channels β€” Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV and more β€” while developing both strategic and analytical skills in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the planning, activation and optimisation of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video/CTV and other channels
  • Ensure campaigns are set up correctly with the right tracking, creative, and measurement in place
  • Monitor budgets, performance and pacing across platforms β€” flagging risks and surfacing opportunities
  • Contribute to test-and-learn experiments, A/B testing and ongoing optimisation
  • Deliver performance reporting and insights using GA4, Looker Studio or Tableau
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, CRM, product and analytics teams
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners like Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon and The Trade Desk

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, ideally across multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager or DV360
  • Comfortable using campaign management platforms such as SA360, Skai, or Campaign Manager 360
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude with strong communication skills
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Knowledge of AI-driven ad tech or dynamic creative optimisation tools
