Our client is looking for a MarTech Manager to join their global Marketing Operations function. This team plays a central role in enabling marketing and business development teams worldwide, ensuring campaigns, client initiatives, and events are delivered effectively and consistently. This is a key hire where you will take ownership of the marketing technology landscape, with a particular focus on Salesforce as the core CRM platform. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, enhance data quality, and ensure the tech stack is delivering meaningful, insight led outcomes for the business. What our client is looking for you to do:
- Own and evolve Salesforce as the core CRM platform, acting as the go to expert for marketing teams on best practice, capability and enhancements.
- Drive optimisation across the marketing technology stack by identifying inefficiencies and introducing automation and AI led solutions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the MarTech roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider commercial objectives.
- Lead and develop a data quality function, ensuring data is accurate, compliant and well governed within Salesforce.
- Monitor and improve user adoption across systems, using dashboards and reporting to identify trends and drive engagement.
- Deliver training and support to users, embedding a more data driven approach to marketing.
- Continuously review and improve processes, workflows and system capabilities across the MarTech ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across marketing, business development and operations globally.

- Strong experience working with Salesforce as a CRM platform.
- Experience in a MarTech or marketing technology focused role, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment.
