A high-growth, aspirational lifestyle and hospitality brand is hiring its first marketing manager. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Founder to build and own the entire marketing function from the ground up, shaping brand, strategy and execution at a pivotal stage of growth. The business is already a multi-site success story with strong brand identity, loyal customers and ambitious plans to scale across the UK and internationally. This role offers genuine scope to evolve into Head of Marketing as the brand continues its rapid expansion.
This is a hands‑on, 360 role covering digital, social, brand, PR, partnerships, retail marketing and new venue launches.
The Role
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy alongside the Founder
- Lead social media direction and content strategy across platforms

About You
- 4 + years’ experience in marketing, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, FMCG or consumer brands or working with them.
- Start Up experience would be ideal
- Strong understanding of social media, content and brand building
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers or creative partners
- Comfortable working across both strategy and execution
- Exposure to tools such as Shopify, Canva, CRM platforms, or similar
- Commercially aware, with an instinct for what resonates and converts
- Ambitious, proactive and excited by building something from scratch
