I’m partnering with a highly established financial organisation based in central Manchester that’s looking to add an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to its growing engineering team. This is a hybrid position, with 2–3 days per week on-site in a centrally located Manchester office that’s easily commutable. The business offers a stable, well-funded environment with long-term technical roadmaps and a strong focus on modern engineering practices.
You’ll be working on scalable, high-impact systems using a contemporary Java stack, contributing across the full development lifecycle alongside experienced engineers. The team values clean code, pragmatic decision-making, and continuous improvement rather than unnecessary complexity.
