What will you be doing?
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations for a team of field and site-based engineers. You will act as a leadership figure, ensuring service delivery standards are met while supporting the development and performance of your team. This role combines operational management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support field and site-based engineering teams
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues
- Monitor and manage service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Produce and analyse operational and performance reports
- Support workforce planning and resource management
- Drive continuous improvement across service delivery processes
- Provide coaching, training, and development support to team members
- Manage absence, performance reviews, and team wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Collaborate with internal management teams and external stakeholders
- Support disciplinary processes when required
- Verify overtime and expenses in line with company guidelines
- Conduct regular visits to operational sites when necessary
What we are looking for
- Proven experience leading or supervising technical or engineering teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience (CompTIA A+ or similar desirable)
- Willingness to obtain security clearance
