What You Will Be Doing

  • You will act as the single commercial owner of the AWS partnership, deepening relationships across AWS field teams while driving co-sell, funding, and revenue opportunities.
  • Working closely with business development, marketing, pre-sales, and technical leadership, you will orchestrate joint go-to-market initiatives and elevate the organisation’s standing within the AWS Partner Network.

Responsibilities

  • Develop senior-level relationships across AWS Partner, Business Development, and Professional Services teams.
  • Own and grow the AWS co-sell pipeline (sourced and influenced revenue).
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and annual planning sessions.
  • Build case studies and supporting evidence to strengthen AWS Partner Network positioning.
  • Maximise AWS funding programmes (PoC credits, MAP, MDF, Marketplace Private Offers).
  • Identify and pursue enterprise-scale co-sell opportunities (£250k+ deals).
  • Manage Market Development Funds allocation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to position AWS-led solutions.
  • Align internally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Leadership on AWS strategy.
  • Drive competency development and partner programme participation.
  • Represent the business at AWS partner events and industry forums.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience managing AWS partnerships within a consultancy or systems integrator.
  • Strong understanding of AWS Partner Network programmes and funding mechanisms (PoC, MAP, MDF).
  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles (£250k+ deal sizes).
  • Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical value, including AWS services and the Well-Architected Framework.
  • Experience building co-sell motions and driving pipeline growth.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level.
