This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role with serious earning potential—ideal for someone who thrives on strategy, mentoring, and commercial growth. &##Lead and develop a regional sales team, driving performance, accountability, and results. Shape and execute new business strategies while overseeing existing account expansion. Build strong relationships with clients and vendor partners. Partner with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, marketing) to deliver end-to-end customer solutions. Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting for your region. ✅ A proven track record in sales leadership within a VAR, MSP, or IT channel environment . Experience driving multimillion-pound sales performance across enterprise or public sector accounts. Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
