I’m working with a leading UK business that’s looking for a proactive and commercially minded IT Procurement Manager to join their growing technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving value, and shaping strategy across IT procurement. You’ll work closely with the IT and Finance teams to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the business continues to get the best outcomes from its technology investments.
The role offers a great balance of strategic input and hands-on delivery, and would suit someone who’s comfortable working across multiple categories — from software and cloud to hardware and services.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead procurement activity across IT hardware, software, cloud, and professional services.
- Develop and deliver sourcing strategies that balance cost, risk, and performance.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders across IT and the wider business.
- Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to ensure commercial and operational value.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and innovation.

- Proven experience in IT procurement or category management.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
